This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00-$13.00 and is tip eligible.
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for serving guests quality food and beverage following the company’s standard recipes. The Kitchen Supervisor will prepare and cook meats, soups and sauces and supervise all other aspects of the food and beverage operation. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for the training of all kitchen staff. The Kitchen Supervisor will work with the Management team on scheduling kitchen staff based projected attendance and production needs. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee the production and delivery of food to concession, picnic and premium locations.

The Banquet Server will provide ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Ensure guests are served items ordered in a timely fashion. Work with a supervisor and kitchen staff to endure all necessary items are prepared and deliverd on time to service. Keep serving area clean and organized throughout the service time. The Server will assist with breaking down, cleaning, counting inventory at the conclusion of the event.

The Cashier utilizes a cash register and accepts payment utilizing basic math skills. Prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. The Cashier must be friendly and provide attentive sevice to all guests.

The Warehouse Runner is responsible for working with the Warehouse Supervisor on duty to execute the receiving and delivery of food and beverage products throughout Dickey-Stephens Park. The Warehouse Runner must verify the product being delivered matches what has been requested. Utilizing the FIFO method the Warehouse Runner will rotate product to ensure proper product rotation to minimize spoilage and help the Warehouse Supervisor and Food and Beverage Managment team identify ordering and stocking needs throughout the stadium.
