A Guest Services Supervisor is an on-call, per event employee who will act as primary provider of direct service to guests as they are entertained at the Mullett Arena. They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all service needs are met. Guest Services Supervisors will oversee GSRs who work in positions as needed including; ushers, ticket takers, and door guards   This role will pay an hourly wage of $19.00.   

There's an exciting opening for a Ice Crew on the campus of Arizona State University for the new 5,000 seat multi-purpose arena and community ice rink. The new arena is scheduled to open in fall 2022 and will be home to ASU Sun Devil Men’s Ice Hockey, ASU Wrestling and Women’s Gymnastics programs, an NHL franchise, as well as variety of events, including concerts,  family shows, comedy and other live events. The new community ice rink will serve as a public venue to the community and will host hockey and skating programming, youth competitions, educational opportunities and more.

The Runner assists the kitchen and premium attendants by calling out food orders and delivering food orders to the premium pantries. Following the event the runner will clear away any remaining food and dirty dishes to the kitchen.   The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business needs – including nights and weekends.   This role will pay an hourly rate between $16 to $19.00 plus tips

The Iceplex Associate is a part-time position that primarily works in Mountain America Community Iceplex which is adjacent to Mullett Arena. The position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Operations & Chief Engineer and will help manage and maintain the facility. This individual will routinely assist with drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, refrigeration, and other building systems within the facility. This individual will interact with guests at times and requires the ability to communicate and engage with the public with a focus on delivering a world class guest experience.
