The Box Office Manager will control all ticket inventories and oversee the processing of orders and payments. Utilizing ticketing software, he/she will create ticketing for events and financial reports; manage and participate in the development and administration of an annual budget; direct the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; direct and monitor expenditures. The Box Office Manager is responsible for the selection, training, motivation and evaluation of all Box Office personnel, and he management of all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers.
This role will pay a salary of $55,000 to $70,000.

This individual 1) will oversee all aspects associated with the implementation, activation, reporting and delivery of assigned partnership accounts and 2) is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of partnership elements 3) maintaining a deep understanding of each partners’ marketing goals and business objectives as they evolve over the life of the partnership.
This role will pay a salary of $50,000 to $55,000.

This position reports locally to the Senior Director of Partnerships.
This role will pay a salary of $75,000 to $85,000.

The Facilities Division of OVG360 has an exciting opening for a Part-Time Audio/Visual Engineer on the campus of Arizona State University for the new 5,000 seat multi-purpose arena and community ice rink. The new arena is home to ASU Sun Devil Men’s Ice Hockey, ASU Wrestling, the NHL Arizona Coyotes, as well as variety of events, including concerts, family shows, comedy, and other live events. The new community ice rink will serve as a public venue to the community and will host hockey and skating programming, youth competitions, educational opportunities and more.
