The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on building systems and facility infrastructure. This position plays a key role in ensuring the convention center remains safe, functional, and operational for daily use and events. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing building systems, responding to maintenance issues, and supporting overall facility operations.
This role pays an hourly rate of $31.25-$33.65

The part-time Maintenance Technician supports the operation and upkeep of the facility by performing general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. This position also assists with facility readiness for events, including supporting basic electrical and infrastructure needs. The Maintenance Technician works closely with operations staff to help maintain building systems and ensure meeting rooms, exhibit halls, and public areas are prepared for events, guests, and staff.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00.
