The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality desserts and baked goods to be served throughout the venue. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role supports the culinary team in delivering beautifully crafted, delicious pastries for events of all sizes. The Pastry Cook may interact directly with guests in settings such as buffet lines or live preparation stations, and must maintain excellent attendance while being available to work event-based schedules according to business needs.   This role pays an hourly rate of $28.00-$30.00.

The part-time Room Set-Up Technician's priority will be to complete room set-up/strike activity for all client related events. This would include the set / strike of various numbers and various configurations of tables, chairs, staging, bleachers, risers, dance floor, pipe & drape etc. into and out of facility event spaces.   A secondary focus will be to also assist to maintain the cleanliness of all internal facility space as well as the external perimeter when needed.  

The Housekeeping department will maintain the cleanliness of all internal facility space as well as the facilities external perimeter on a daily basis. Housekeeper/Set Up personnel, if necessary, may be trained to operate equipment used in the maintenance of convention facilities such as forklifts, floor scrubbers, compactor, and other maintenance equipment. There are varying hours and shifts available based on event related activity.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00.

This position offers flexibility, requiring one workday per week with the hours and day of the week negotiable based on availability and the needs of the facility. Loading Dock Staff oversee loading dock operations during event move-in, show hours, and move-out. This position ensures a safe, organized, and efficient environment for clients, exhibitors, vendors, and staff.
