This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction, and independent decision-making skills are required.
The Concession Stand Lead oversees the operation of the stand location and is responsible for ensuring quality of products and accurate preparation of all food and beverage items as listed, oversees and participates in set-up and closing procedures and paperwork (basic math skills), and resolves problems with the assistance of a manager. The Stand Lead is responsible for supervising cashiers, bartenders, prep cooks, operating the Point of Sale system/cash register, and ensuring all proper cash handling procedures are being followed. The Stand Lead will be responsible for all inventory in the stand/portable and maintain accurate paperwork as required.
The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing concession menu items per specifications and/or company recipe utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guess satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concession Cook must be aware of while operating in the concession stand.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00 to $19.00
