Reporting to the Lead Valet Ambassador, this position will perform the day-to-day valet parking for the 2026 BNP Paribas Open. The Valet Parking Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely manner. They greet guests, assist with luggage and ensure positive first and last impression of the facility or establishment.
This is a seasonal role from February 1, 2026 and will end on March 31, 2026.
The Parking Ambassador role is generally responsible for the successful guest parking experience for events such as the 2026 BNP Paribas Open, Dr. George Car Show, Coachella, and other events in the area. Duties include processing cashless transactions and validating pre-sold parking passes. The job also includes directing vehicles into parking stalls and through location roadways and parking lots associated with event guests at Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

The General Manager, Food & Beverage is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the food service operations at the assigned venue. This individual ultimately oversees every managerial, full-time and part-time position, and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food-related ordinances, and alcohol service regulations. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager manages the overall food & beverage financials including forecasting, profit & loss statements & budget.
The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00
The Lead Cook is a crucial member of our culinary team, responsible for overseeing a specific station within the kitchen and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality dishes. This role requires an experienced and skilled cook with a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead and motivate others. The Premium Seating Manager is responsible for selling and servicing all premium seating clients at the new Mobile Arena, including luxury suites, loge boxes and club seats. The ideal teammate will be responsible for engaging local and regional companies to generate premium seating revenue. This role will also be the lead on sales, training, developing, and leading staff that will assist in the premium seating servicing and/or rental sales process.
