The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision and running of venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. The Warehouse Supervisor must providea high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of (or preparation for) any assigned event. The Warehouse Supervisor will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will independently initiate and authorize all employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The Warehouse Supervisor will actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends with primarily closing shifts. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong management and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $19 to $21.00.

This position will work with the Director of Marketing to market the venue and events while creating and maintaining relationships with media and promotional partners. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in graphic design, advertising, interactive media, ticketing analysis, promotions, public relations and grassroots efforts for events as assigned. This position will be part-time, 20-30 hours per week.
This role will pays a wage of $20 to $25.

Utilizing initiative and independent judgment, the Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in planning, directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Liberty First Credit Union Arena, including sales & marketing, finance, event services, operations, human resources, public safety, production, and facility maintenance. Supervision is exercised over professional staff, who directs various sections in day-to-day operations. Responsibility further includes evaluation and development of recommendations to improve organizational administration, procedures, policies, and programs. Unusual problems and major changes in programs or policy are discussed with the General Manager.
This role will pay a salary of $80,000 to $90,000.

The Event Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule and supervise all event staff; oversee building security and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff/security and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.

The Information Technology Analyst will manage IT operational needs of OVG360’s Hospitality Team. In this OVG360 internal customer facing role, the successful applicant will interface with project teams to successfully onboard and support the technology needs of the on-site and remote OVG360 workforce laptop, Office 365, telecommunication, and collaboration needs. The Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Manager and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events.
The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $16.00.

The Event Coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the events taking place in the venue including developing, coordinating, and supervising all event related activities key to the operation of the facility including but not limited to maintaining security staffing plans, labor management, collection and distribution of event information from promoter/show representatives/sports teams, billing preparation/support, customer service representation to our guests and logistics of departmental activities relating to events.

Under general direction from the Box Office/Parking Manager, the Assistant Manager- Box Office/Parking assists the Box Office/Parking Manager in managing all aspects of the Box Office, Parking and Utility Services operations. The majority of the Assistant Box Office/Parking Manager’s time is spent on managing the Center’s 400 space parking deck and the event utility services operation. Box Office services are provided for less than a dozen events a year.

Further duties include the coordination of human resources functions such as payroll and record keeping, responding to management information requests and assisting the Director of Finance and General Manager as needed.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.00 to $20.00.

The Box Office Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Director of Ticketing, Box Office Manager & Assistant Box Office Manager with ticket operations of the box office including: ticket sales, “Will Call”, and answering questions related to events. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have proven box office experience, and display excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will also have basic education of computer systems with the ability to enhance knowledge of Ticketmaster products including Host, Archtics and TM One. This role is supported by and will work closely with the box office team.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.00.

This position will require flexibility in hours, being able to work office hours as needed as well as long event shifts when necessary.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $12 to $13.50.
