The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.  Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.  

The Cashier utilizes a cash register and accepts payment.  Prepares and serves concession items to guests.  Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests.  Ensures quality of food presentation. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

The Line Cook position is responsible for preparing all types of hot and cold food items in the dining areas of the enterprise. The Team Member performs duties related to preparation of food and beverage items prepared for the restaurant outlets

A Parking Lot Attendant is a part time, on call event employee who is responsible for assisting with the operations of the parking garage and associated lot in an accurate and timely manner at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Parking Lot Attendants are responsible for providing accurate information to the general public, addressing any concerns and is committed to superior customer service. This position will report to the Parking Manager, Parking Supervisor, Parking Coordinator and Director of Operations.

The Facility Security reports to the Security Manager. In this role, you will assist the Security Manager. This position operates under direct supervision and mentorship of the Security Manager.

The Event Services Coordinator will manage all aspects of assigned events at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium and Fairgrounds (being renamed Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium) from the initial contact through the end of the event to ensure overall client and guest satisfaction.  This position will act as the face of the stadium front office, managing the main phone line, taking initial event rental inquiries and overseeing the venue document/supply inventory.  Responsible for event related services including credential/parking pass development and implementation, parking and tailgate package manifest and associated sales process.  Coordinates the communication between event related staff and client, and interact with local public safety officials, general services, and third-party vendors to ensure events run smoothly.   The Event Services Coordinator also plans and coordinates multiple events; supervise the work of facility event staff; serve as liaison between facility users and facility staff, service providers and other stakeholders.  Provides support and assistance with catering activities.  Is active in the profitable management of events and conducts administrative support as necessary.  This position will report to the Event Manager.    

The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment.
