This exciting position will be responsible for generating revenue from regional and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship packages at one of the premier stadiums in the United States. Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Partnership Sales and Marketing will sell fully integrated sponsorship programs that include marketing rights, Official Partnerships, on premise signage, event sponsorships, promotions, event marketing, media exposure and select premium seating elements for the Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Liberty Park, located in Memphis, TN. This position will also directly oversee the venue marketing department including event marketing, venue marketing, social media while managing all marketing assets, platforms and initiatives. Additionally, this position will work closely with all other department staff (operations, finance, events, and food & beverage) to ensure a seamless experience for all clients and guests.
This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $70,000.

This Food & Beverage Director reports to the General Manager and is responsible for assisting in the administration, planning, budgeting and direction for the operations of the Center including front and back of house services, technical services, information technology, conversion, custodial services, and equipment inventory control. The Office Manager will provide administrative support to all OVG Hospitality departments (concessions, catering) at the venue, as well as to the General Manager. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with payroll, handling A/P and A/R responsibilities, assuring compliance in hourly employee personnel files, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, and general clerical duties, and GL entries. Perform month end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reporting to management. Safeguard company assets, and provide data and fiscal support to other departments within the company
It is critical that the Office Manager have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks, and willingly assist OVG Hospitality staff where needed. In light of the sometimes seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the successful incumbent will have the ability to focus on and prioritize the administrative duties that are most critical and time-sensitive.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $30 to $37.00

Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the effective management of venue concessions operations including inventory controls, product ordering, training new employees, compliance with alcohol service polices, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer training and supervision, warehouse oversight, troubleshooting, closing duties, event planning support, food preparation and production, and any other tasks assigned by the General Manager. The Concessions Manager must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth operation of the Arena & Concessions Dept.
The Concessions Manager will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will may initiate or recommend employment actions such as hiring, termination, suspension, discipline, promotion and transfer. The F&B Manager will provide oversight and resolution responsibility for employee performance issues. Actively and independently manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant and cooperative work environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends. Flexible availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and strong technical (computer and POS) aptitude are required.

The Area Support Manager must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency, and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth execution of any assigned event. Basic comprehension of food preparation and production is preferred, however this role is not responsible for food preparation.
This position is an opportunity for a self-starting hospitality professional who enjoys travel, has a passion for live sports and entertainment, and possesses fundamental managerial skills. The length of service at each venue is dependent upon staffing needs ranging from several days to several months, however this role will have a home work location when not traveling. Specific job responsibilities will be dependent upon venue, assignment and level of support needed. The manager must be available to work an event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends.
