The Concessions Staffing Admin assists the Director of Concessions with the operation of the staff check-in area for the hospitality teams on event days in a fast-paced environment at the Allegiant Stadium. This role will be varied and includes duties such as assisting with event check-in/check-out, assisting with clock in, issuing accreditation and uniforms, correcting time punches and performing general payroll duties, and scheduling.
The Operations Lead Staff will oversee and lead the shift team and perform the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements.
