The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.   

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for serving guests quality food and beverage following the company’s standard recipes. The Kitchen Supervisor will prepare and cook meats, soups and sauces and supervise all other aspects of the food and beverage operation. The Concessions Stand Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of an assigned concession stand at Polar Park during games and events. This role acts as the primary on-site leader for the stand, ensuring efficient service, food safety compliance, accurate cash handling, and a positive guest experience. Stand Leads serve as the direct point of contact for frontline staff within their stand and work closely with Culinary Leads, Concessions Supervisors, and Management to execute Oak View Group and Polar Park operational standards. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the food & beverage serving of guests in the arena at various concessions stands, bars, and portable food & beverage locations. The Concessions Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Manager and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events.    The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

The Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Oak View Group is seeking Line Cooks to support concession stand operations at Polar Park in Worcester, MA. Line Cooks are responsible for prepping, cooking, and assembling food items in a fast-paced, high-volume concession environment while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards. This role requires the ability to work efficiently during games and events, follow established recipes and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Line Cooks will work closely with Culinary Leads and concession teams to deliver a positive guest experience and support Oak View Group’s food and beverage operations.  

As a member of the Guest Services Event Staff, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter. The Concessions Culinary Supervisor oversees back-of-house food operations across multiple concession locations at Polar Park during games and events. This role provides leadership and oversight to Culinary Leads and concession cooks, ensuring efficient food production, consistent menu execution, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. The Culinary Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining quality, cleanliness, and operational readiness in a fast-paced, high-volume ballpark environment. This position works closely with Concessions Supervisors and Management to support service flow, resolve operational issues, and uphold Oak View Group and Polar Park culinary standards.

Security Officers will be responsible for protecting BOK Center and Arvest Convention Center and visitors, staff and vendors on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis.    This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-$20.00   Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching  

The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. The part-time Lead Custodian is responsible for ensuring PeoplsBank Arena meets or exceeds standards of cleanliness to the utmost in guest satisfaction before, during, and after all events. Lead Custodians must aid in the oversight of all custodial work.   This role pays an hourly rate of $17.12-$17.98 (per CBA). Benefits as per the union agreement.

The Building Security position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security for all events. Special security assignments may be available during non-event days/nights. The security team is a provider of direct service to our guests and must exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.50

Tucker Civic Center Parking Lots for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles.
