The Welcome Center Specialist will support the Berger Foundation Iceplex guest experience, point of sale front desk, and programming activity. This will include cross-collaboration with program leaders for youth hockey, adult hockey, figure skating, and in-venue events to maximize efficiency and customer communication.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $20 per hour.

The Catering Supervisor oversees all aspects of a banquet, catering or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. Catering supervisors are also responsible for training and coaching of the catering / banquet staff.
Technical Services Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager with all AV and Technical needs during events.
The Office Manager will provide administrative support to all OVG departments (concessions, catering) at the venue, as well as to the General Manager. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with payroll, handling A/P and A/R responsibilities, assuring compliance in hourly employee personnel files, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, and general clerical duties, and GL entries. Perform month end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reporting to management. Safeguard company assets, and provide data and fiscal support to other departments within the company
Given the small size of the OVG onsite office (usually 2 FT employees), it is critical that the Office Manager have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks, and willingly assist OVG staff where needed. In light of the sometimes seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the successful incumbent will have the ability to focus on and prioritize the administrative duties that are most critical and time-sensitive.
The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $26 per hour.

The Premium Club Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in CFG Bank Arena’s Premium Club spaces. Candidates must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Salary: $12.50hr

The Suites Lead is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests on all the suite’s levels which includes 26 suites, 10 party suites and 2 flex suites. The Suites Food and Beverage Lead must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Suites Food and Beverage Lead will assist the Suites Manager with projects including training, inventory, and special events. The Suites Food and Beverage Lead must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

The Kitchen Porter/Steward is responsible for assisting in venue the main kitchen operations including inventory, receiving, clean-up, and product transfers. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.
Salary: $15-17hr

The Firebirds Game/Camera Operator
selects, assembles and positions equipment (cameras, stands) throughout the Venue. Shoot scenes according to requirements within the game script at the direction of the Game Director and or VP of Hockey. Captures quality photographs and or footage from a fixed or moving position, travel to different locations depending on assignments.
Salary: $20hr

The Line Cook will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. A member of the Event Security Team reports directly to the Director of Security. The position is to assure the well-being and safety of employees, tenants, and patrons at the CFG Bank Arena. The Event Security team is a vital component of the Arena in assuring safety and a positive guest service experience – a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.

A member of the Operations Changeover Team reports directly to the Operations Supervisor. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the Arena from one event to another. Additionally, a member of the Operations Changeover Team may be involved in other aspects of building maintenance to include painting, trash disposal, exterior facility care, snow removal, furniture moving, etc. This responsibility requires physical labor and heavy lifting and therefore has lifting requirements. The Operations Changeover Team is a vital component of the Arena in responding to the needs of promoters and clients – a positive attitude and a positive appearance are essential.
