The Catering Sales Manager has a primary duty of making sales and obtaining orders or contracts for venue. This position is responsible for generating, managing and coordinating outside catering sales, as well as initiating, directing and implementing marketing functions in the Catering Department. The Sales Manager will independently manage and oversee all aspects of full group operations from reservation, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.
The Catering Sales Manager maintains a consistently positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients. The Sales Manager will handle sales and customer service issues including providing outstanding customer service; researching, resolving and clarifying invoice questions; and providing knowledgeable and appropriate suggestions regarding menu selections. The Sales Manager will facilitate the flow of information internally, as well as communicate with all guests and vendors. Must be available to assist with general catering operations as needed.
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role pays a wage of $17phr.
The Banquet Captain coordinates and oversees entire banquet function to ensure proper execution and ensure guest satisfaction.

Servers will work several different types of events including buffets, served meals, buffet receptions, served cocktail parties, weddings, and other types of events. The convention center will be open for business during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hour. Servers will also be given the opportunity to work in other food and beverage outlets. Servers must have a food handlers cards from Utah County and be Sips and Tips Certified
The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
Under the direction of the Director of Ice Operations and Ice Operations Manager, the Ice Operations crew is responsible to clean the ice between scheduled skating sessions and perform daily ice maintenance on the mulitple rinks and maintainence of all ice resurfacing equipment.
SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision from the Operations Manager and/or Operations Supervisor, Operations Building Attendants perform event set-up and tear down, custodial, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks as assigned. In the absence of the Operations Manager or Supervisor, the Operations Staff may receive instruction from the Director of Event Services, General Manager, or the Manager on duty.
SUMMARY:
Under general supervision assists in performing responsible technical work within the Audiovisual department; Sets up, operates, and strikes audiovisual equipment for events and performances in the convention center.

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares.
The Event Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule and supervise all event staff; oversee building security and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff/security and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.
The Concessions Warehouse Stocker is responsible for backing up the bartender by restocking products to ensure the bartenders stay fully stocked during events. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This position is based at McCaw Hall in Seattle, home to the Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet. We are an event driven venue and shifts are primarily nights and weekends.
Salary: $26hr

Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations and Operations Managers, the Supervisor on Duty has the primary responsibility manage day-to-day operations that include, but are not limted to, programs, events and physical facilities.
Customer Service Representative is responsible for the Front Information Desk. This is where the Customer Service Representative can be most effective to greet our guests, answer questions, check in vendors, accept and log deliveries, answer incoming telephone calls, maintain lost and found items, accept payment(s) for programs, events and point-of-sale purchases and confirm or adjust (as needed) locker room assignments. The Customer Service Representative also performs a variety of other support for the administration office, staff and the facility in general.
The Custodial Services Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction after basketball and volleyball games, concerts, and other special events
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
Position Summary:
The Arena is seeking Operations crew (PT) who will directly assist in setting up and teardown of events at Acrisure Arena as specified by event setup plans. This position is responsible for preparing the arena for all events, including Hockey games, family shows, and concerts. This position will oversee the staff in the preparation of changeover and events specifically
