Reporting to the Lead Valet Ambassador, this position will perform the day-to-day valet parking for the 2026 BNP Paribas Open. The Valet Parking Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and timely manner. They greet guests, assist with luggage and ensure positive first and last impression of the facility or establishment.   This is a seasonal role from February 1, 2026 and will end on March 31, 2026.

The Operations Crew Captain is a key part of our conversion and event setup team, supporting overnight transitions between basketball games, concerts, and other arena events. This role helps ensure our facility is properly converted and ready for each event.   The position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, flexibility for overnight hours, and an interest in behind-the-scenes event operations.   This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00  

The Concessions Lead is responsible for assisting the Concessions Supervisor in overseeing the food & beverage serving of guests in the arena at various concessions stands, bars, and portable food & beverage locations. The Concessions Lead must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Concessions Lead will assist the Concessions Supervisor and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events. The Concessions Lead must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.  

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and running of concessions operations within a specified geographical area. The Concessions Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $30.00 to $35.00
