The Director of Premium is responsible for the overall management of all suites, clubs, and catering activity and will provide management assistance to the concession managers in the profitable management of concessions operations, as needed. The Director of Premium will actively supervise, coach, counsel, direct, train and mentor employees in meeting company quality standards, and will promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment. The Director of Premium coordinates suite level activities at the venue into a team effort that contributes to the successful execution of all events. The Director of Premium enforces all OVG hospitality personnel and operating policies and procedures. The Director of Premium plans, organizes, and executes the service requirements of each event and determines all scheduling and product components required to properly service events within budgetary guidelines.

This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $70,000.

The Director of Concessions is responsible for the effective management of venue concessions operations including inventory controls, product ordering, training new employees, cash controls, compliance with alcohol service polices, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer training and supervision, warehouse oversight, troubleshooting, closing duties, event planning support, food preparation and production, and any other tasks assigned. Internship Structure and Expectations
Internships are expected to last 3-6 months. This allows the student to experience the venue through multiple event cycles. Internships are considered part time with a varied weekly schedule requiring an estimated 12-24 hours per week depending on events. Nights and weekends will be required at times.
The learning agenda will include all aspects of Horse Park event management including advance, guest services, operations, administration, and parking. Phases of internship are evaluated as follows: Orientation & training, observation, learning, and practice.
Required / Provided items:
- Interns will be expected to communicate via venue provided radio when on site.
- Workstation for interns will be provided for work while on property at FIC.
- PPE and event specific tools required for tasks specific to events will be provided by FIC.
- Interns will be supervised and mentored individually by a designated senior staff member.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.00.

The role of the housekeeping supervisor is to follow the department guidelines as set by the Housekeeping Manager to ensure a high level of cleanliness and client satisfaction at the venue. Job duties include providing cleaning services to our administrative offices, lobbies, ballrooms, meeting rooms, exhibit hall floors, windows, escalators, and restrooms. The housekeeping department is responsible for maintaining an overall cleanliness of the building as well as coverage for high traffic areas during events. The supervisor leads the housekeeping crew. Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to work nights and weekends.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $17 to $18.50.
