Banquet Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution\service of all catered & concessions events. Overview  The Prep Cook is a part-time position responsible for assisting in the daily production of both café grab-and-go and catered meals executed by event chefs. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and selling product using point of sale system. The VIP Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the VIP section. The VIP Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment.
