The Director of Hospitality is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house hospitality operations at the Hobby Center, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across concessions, bars, premium spaces, and special events. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and team development while partnering closely with venue leadership, clients, and Spectrum Concessions to deliver high-quality service, financial performance, and brand standards.   This role pays an annual salary of $120,000-$130,000  

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. The Line Cook will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. The Line Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.     This role pays an hourly rate of $13.00-$18.00
