The Catering Sales Manager has a primary duty of making sales and obtaining orders or contracts for venue.  This position is responsible for generating, managing and coordinating outside catering sales, as well as initiating, directing and implementing marketing functions in the Catering Department.  The Sales Manager will independently manage and oversee all aspects of full group operations from reservation, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.   

Responsible for verifying guests' age and identity using government-issued IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age laws and venue policies. Prevents entry of underage or unauthorized individuals while maintaining a safe, compliant entry process. Provides courteous, professional customer service at the entrance, stays alert to fake or altered IDs, and works closely with security and venue staff to ensure smooth guest flow.   This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00.  

The Captain assists the Catering Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations including casual, fine dining, private events, and bartending operations. The Captain coordinates with the Director of F&B Operations, the Event Sales Director, and the event host to ensure that all events are well organized and that the expectations of the group contact and/or host are exceeded.   This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$25.00.
