The Ticket Coordinator will assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the box office as well as ticket operations for the Ryan Center, Meade Stadium, Edwards Auditorium, and URI Athletics. The Ticket Coordinator will utilize Paciolan ticketing software for all event creations and financial reports and also maintain all box office policies and procedures.
This role will pay an hourly rate between $20.00
To monitor, control, and audit all financial transactions, and to perform a full range of professional accounting duties involved in fiscal management, record keeping, reporting and financial analysis of the facility. Also, supervising admin and accounting volunteer staff.
This role will pay a Hourly of $22.50 to $25.00.

Under the direction of the Operations Manager the Part-time OperationsStaff is responsible the event setups and changeover of the Center on an event-to-event basis to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with cleaning of the Center to help maintain the cleanliness of the building.
