Under supervision of the Box Office Manager, the Box Office Attendant is responsible for ticket sales and customer service for all ticketed events at the Tony's Pizza Events Center.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00   For Part-Time roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.  

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 to $23.00   Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.  

The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.00 to $12.00 and is tip eligible.

Snapdragon Stadium is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to supervise our ticket seller staff, and assist in box office operations. As a Box Office Supervisor you will assist, direct and provide supervision to all ticket sellers on event days.   This role pays an hourly rate of $21.00 to $23.00   Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.  

As a member of the UPMC Events Center Event Security team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining order in the venue. In this position you will deal directly with guests attending public and private events such as concerts, basketball games, volleyball games, corportate events, and many others. You will guard, patrol, and monitor the venue to ensure all safety policies and procedures are being maintained. This positions reports to the Event Manager.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00  

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing concession menu items per specifications and/or company recipe utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guess satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concession Cook must be aware of while operating in the concession stand.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00 to $19.00.   

The Snapdragon Stadium Box Office is looking to build our ticket office event day staff. As a member of the UPMC Events Center Conversion Crew, you will play a crucial role in the successful operation of all venue events. In this position you will mainly work behind the scenes to ensure the proper operational execution for public and private events such as concerts, basketball games, volleyball games, corportate events, and many others. You will help setup and tear down events to match the needs of the client and the venue. This positions reports to the Director of Events.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.   

Guest Experience Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to Snapdragon Stadium’s guests. This is a part-time, hourly position   his role will pay an hourly rate of $19.00   Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Perform the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with cleaning of the arena to help maintain the cleanliness of the building and landscaping. Overnight hours can be expected on occasion.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00 to $18.00.   

The Event Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; occasionally train, schedule and supervise all event related staff, as well as oversee building security and parking issues and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event related staff and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction.    This role pays an annual salary of $45,000-$55,000
