The Operations Crew Member will perform a multitude of tasks to include event preparations, event presentations, move-ins, move-outs, and general day to day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied. Crew members are responsible for maintaining the appearance of the facility including snow and ice removal, mowing and trimming, weeding and spraying, painting, cleaning, and other tasks as they arise.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00
Under general supervision of the Assistant General Manager–Operations and Events, The Chief Engineer will oversee our Maintenance department. The chief engineer will be responsible for supervising maintenance employees in the daily activities of building systems to ensure all facility systems are operating and well maintained in various areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting and climate control systems, roofing systems and maintenance/cleaning of equipment.
The Premium Lead is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in all Club and Suites areas. Premium Lead must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Premium Lead will assist the Premium Manager and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events. The Premium Lead must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
The Chief Engineer uses independent judgment, assuming management responsibilities for strategy, planning, organizing, development, implementation and compliance of services and activities involved in the maintenance and operation in the areas of engineering, electrical systems, HVAC, mechanical maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and ice management on the interior and exterior areas of the PPL Center. Under direct supervision from an Event Services Supervisor, Event Setup Housemen perform event set-up and tear down, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks as assigned. In the absence of an Event Services Supervisor, may receive instruction from the Event Services Lead, Director of Events, Event Manager or Manager on Duty.
