Supervises: Building Services Crew
Building Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring standards of cleaning are met, performing custodial quality checks, training new employees on proper custodial procedures, and general maintenance of facilities.
This role will pays a wage of $17 to $19.

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various Concessions stands, bars, and portable food & beverage locations. The Concessions Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Manager and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory and special events.
The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $13 to $15.00.

The Bar Back is responsible for backing up the premium clubs or suites bartender by restocking products to ensure the bartenders stay fully stocked during events while ensuring all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. This role will pay an hourly wage of $12 to $14.00.

Employee is assigned to the Security Safety Risk Management Department and reports to SSRM Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager of the department via the sections chain of command supervises all personnel. Employee will serpervise and manage officers who perform duties assigned as related to the event in regards to the overall security, safety of the employees, guests and clients.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $17 to 19.00.

Catering Server/Attendant is responsible for serving guests in venue dining areas. Catering Server/Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment.

Salary: $13.85-$16.85

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Concessions Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concessions Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.85.

The ConcessionsCashieris responsible for greeting guests in a pleasant manner while filling food and beverage orders. The Concessions Cashier will operate the Point of Sale system and collect money for purchased food and beverage items. Additionally, the Concessions Cashier prepares and serves concession items, pours beverages and serves them to guests. The Concession Cashier ensures quality of food presentation and provides great customer service. The cashier must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.

The Warehouse Runner is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. A passion for customer service, availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $19.

Operations Set Up / Clean up Team members are responsible for the cleanliness of the facilities and for pre and post event set-up and tear-down. They provide and maintain cleanliness throughout the entire venue as well as keeping the environment safe and hazard free for entertainers, guests, patrons, and staff. They are responsible for the pre-event set up, ensuring the venue is ready to go for “SHOW TIME”! They must communicate in a friendly, respectful and understanding manner with both colleagues and guests alike. They must politely give consistent, timely and accurate information and find answers when unsure. Must be a team player, cooperate with employees within the department as well as other departments.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.42 to $15.07.

The Kitchen Cook A is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. The Kitchen Cook A will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order. Kitchen Cook A must possess the skills and abilities to prep, fire, and serve an event with a minimum of 50 guests. A Kitchen Cook A must able to take direction from supervisory staff to include Executive Chef, Executive Sous, Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Supervisors.

This role will pay an Hourly wage of $16.73.

Under general direction from the Box Office/Parking Manager, the Assistant Box Office/Parking Manager assists the Box Office/Parking Manager in managing all aspects of the Box Office, Parking and Utility Services operations. The majority of the Assistant Box Office/Parking Manager’s time is spent on managing the Center’s 400 space parking deck and the event utility services operation. Box Office services are provided for less than a dozen events a year.
This role will pay a salary of $32,876 to $41,094.
