To provide professional and courteous front-of-house operations under the direction of the House Manager at Seminole Theatre. Ensure the adherence of established protocols, safety and comfort of all patrons and artists during rentals, and performances. Assist house manager with coordination of show start/stop times, holds, and general time management. Provide patrons with guidance and direction when seating, during performances and exiting of theatre. Seat latecomers and patrons returning to their seats during the performance, using a flashlight and observing hold policies. Remain in lobby or theatre throughout the performance. Be posted in a prominent location at intermission and following performance to handle patron inquiries. Act as the point of contact for volunteer ushers. Explain procedures for emergency situations, seating, holds, and concessions sales. Check public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, theatre, foyer, and front of building and take care of any appearance and /or safety issues. Set up rooms for special events. Explain patron services and policies. Maintain a positive, presentable image for the Seminole Theatre. Other duties as assigned
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for assisting in venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance. This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills, self-direction and independent decision-making skills are required.
The Premium Clubs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in all Club areas to includes both sideline clubs as well as the Establishment Club The Premium Clubs Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The Box Office Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Director of Ticketing, Box Office Manager & Assistant Box Office Manager with ticket operations of the box office including: ticket sales, “Will Call”, and answering questions related to events. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have proven box office experience, and display excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will also have basic education of computer systems with the ability to enhance knowledge of Ticketmaster products including Host, Archtics and TM One. This role is supported by and will work closely with the box office team.
The Box Office Ticket Seller will be responsible for assisting the Director of Ticketing, Box Office Manager & Assistant Box Office Manager with ticket operations related to ticket sales, will call, digital ticketing, parking, and answering questions related to events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, patient, and have some customer service experience with the capability to learn the ticketing system that is used at the box office. In this role, the candidate will have the capability of working normal box office hours during the day as well as working events.
This is a part-time position that requires the availability to work flexible hours during weekdays, events, evenings, weekends, and Holidays. Box Office is currently open Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM when there is no event taking place.

Will have primary responsibility for providing skilled electrical and mechanical maintenance support to the Lexington Center building complex, Opera House and performing basic to complex electrical installations and wiring for events and trade shows. Light to moderate plumbing, general building repair and maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair on machinery.
This position shall perform a multitude of physical tasks to maintain, changeover, and clean the facility. The work requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis. This position will work different schedules based upon event activity. The position reports to the Crew Supervisor and the Operations Manager.

of the building as well as coverage during events. Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to
work nights and weekends.

The role of the Event Set-up/Laborer position is to set up and breakdown events. The job is a physical job and requires a great amount of standing and walking. Staff are also responsible for various maintenance-related tasks. Employees can get the opportunity to become trained on machinery such as the forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jacks. Employees will also be trained on electricity, staging, landscaping and a variety of other valuable job skills.

Oak View Group Hospitality, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Senior Concessions Manager. The Senior Manager will provide professional client food and beverage services and support in the planning, organization, and management of events within the facility, while interacting with clients, facility staff and related personnel to assure all event needs are fulfilled.
This role will pay a wage of $25.

A Ticket Taker is a vital member of the Events Center as they are involved in direct contact with the public. As a representative of the UPMC Events Center, a friendly greeting attached to a smiling face goes a long way in helping our guests enjoy their visit. Assist with directions, information, and guidance in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner. This positions reports to the Event Manager.
