A Parking Supervisor will be responsible for the event day supervision and management of our parking & transportation operations on event days. This individual will observe, report, and carry out event day procedures set forth by the Parking Manager. The supervisor will be asked to complete event checklists, complete event reports, and ensure efficient operation. A person who can provide valuable information and feedback regarding our parking and transportation operations to better assist the Manager & Director with the implementation of procedures would be valuable. They are responsible for ensuring the venue is ready to go for all events and presentable at all times. They must communicate in a friendly, respectful and understanding manner with both colleagues and guests alike. They must politely give consistent, timely and accurate information and find answers when unsure.
