OVG360 is looking for data and analytics professional to support Business Operations. This role is responsible for the organization, navigation, interaction design, and business/user process for the Venue Management company of Oak View Group.
Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking for an individual to project manage tracking and communication of major new initiatives as well as consolidate existing data from multiple sources. This newly created position will be responsible for conducting in-depth operational analysis for OVG360, with a focus on driving reporting efficiencies, encouraging and establishing guidelines and recommendations for the review of new data points essential to evidence-based decision making across the business. As a new position, you will have a great deal of input on the design and method of collecting and aggregating data for the business.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $100,000.

The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue, while also providing direction and guidance to other culinary and kitchen team members. The Lead Cook will often have direct contact with the public working in areas such as a buffet line slicing meats or preparing dishes to order.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.00 to $20.

The Concessions Lead Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and running of concessions operations within a specified geographical area. The Concessions Lead Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency, and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.

Under general direction, performs journeyman electrician level and leadwork duties in the technical operation, maintenance and repair of electrical generating equipment, fire and smoke detection system, HVAC, and Building Automation systems, & auxiliary systems facility wide. With support of Engineering staff, will direct team on electrical projects in all buildings.
This role will pay a salary of $28 to $35.

This position shall provide media services for the facility including video production on our Daktronics center-hung scoreboard and LED ribbons, digital media graphic design, and various technical services.

The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. This role will pay a salary of $18 to $20.

The Concessions Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day concessions operations at the Budweiser Events Center and Larimer County Ranch Events Complex. This includes managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed. The Concessions Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Concessions Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
This role will pay a salary of $18 to $21.

The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. This role will pay an hourly wage of $16 to $17.00.

The Operations Team Member is responsible to help with the setup/clean-up of events as well as maintenance and up-keep of the venue. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position prepares the arena for events, including arranging chairs and tables, athletic floors, and monitors and troubleshoots during the event to respond to malfunctions and other needs.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $18.00.

Responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the overall kitchen operations, including food and labor cost controls. The Catering Production Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and operation of the public food culinary team including event planning suppor, food preparation and production, food cost control, compliance with food safety and sanitation policies, cleaning, kitchen safety, employee training and supervision, and any other tasks assigned by the GM or Executive Chef.
The Catering Production Supervisor will provide oversight and resolution responsibility for employee performance issues. The Executive Sous Chef must provide a high level of event oversight, culinary proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event. A critical function of the Catering Production Supervisor will be to actively mentor, train and help employees meet company quality standards, and to promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The Catering Production Superviisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills and self-direction required.
This role will pay a salary of $22.50 to $25.
