The Concessions Lead Supervisor is responsible for the effective management and running of concessions operations within a specified geographical area. The Concessions Lead Supervisor must provide a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency, and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth running of any assigned event.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.

The Concessions Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day concessions operations at the Budweiser Events Center and Larimer County Ranch Events Complex. This includes managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed. The Concessions Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Concessions Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
This role will pay a salary of $18 to $21.

The Operations Team Member is responsible to help with the setup/clean-up of events as well as maintenance and up-keep of the venue. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position prepares the arena for events, including arranging chairs and tables, athletic floors, and monitors and troubleshoots during the event to respond to malfunctions and other needs.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $18.00.

A critical function of the Catering Production Supervisor will be to actively mentor, train and help employees meet company quality standards, and to promote a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
This is a key position for the effective and profitable operation of the business. The Catering Production Superviisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable event-driven schedule which to evenings and weekends. Open availability, professional presentation, outstanding interpersonal skills and self-direction required.
This role will pay a salary of $22.50 to $25.

Catering and banquet scheduler will be responsible for the day-to day scheduling of the Banquet and Beverage Department staff as provided by the Catering Manager and Food & Beverage Director. Scheduling duties may include, but are not limited to, calling and scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, maneuvering staff through pop up events, and keeping the Schedule organized. Ensure the schedule is completed and sent out in a timely manner as per defined by the CBA.
