The Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team and the main HR point of contact for our employees. This role is responsible for building continuity and consistent human resource practices within all departments of the assigned location. The Senior HR Manager will report into the GM, providing HR direction and HR Generalist support in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management and training. This position will oversee 2 direct reports and help support local venues in the AZ/NM market. (about 10 additional locations of varying size and seasonality)

The Housekeeper position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the clubhouse and all areas inside the club. Dusting down furniture, counters and window seals. Keeping all restrooms cleaning throughout the day and during events. Vacuuming the dining and event space daily, disposal of all trash from dining, event areas and restrooms. Refilling sanitizers in restrooms and event space. Check in and out with supervisor before and after your shift.
