The Host greets and facilitates guest experience by properly welcoming all guests, organizing server sections, accompanying guests to their tables and maintaining an efficient guest flow. Guest’s first and last point of contact with a Chickie’s & Pete’s Team Member and there for the service they provide is critical to starting and ending the guest’s experience in a positive manner.   This role pays an hourly rate of $9 to $12 and is tip eligible.

The Food Runner supports servers and serves as a liaison between the kitchen, servers, and guests. Ensures hot food is delivered hot and cold food is delivered cold to the appropriate server and/or guests. Provide garnish, presentation, and preparation assistance in the kitchen.   This role pays an hourly rate of $9 to $12.

The Restaraunt Server interacts with guests while following our service standards, takes guest orders and delivers food and beverages. This position ensures the quality of the food and that the overall guest experience is excellent. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for executing event day marketing plans, including operating marketing tables, providing high quality customer service for our VIP experiences, execution of grassroots promotions and social media content creation. This is a front-line customer service position for Chartway Arena and ODU Athletic events. Ticket Sellers assist customers in person at the arena and ODU Athletic facilities in addition to handling phone calls. Transactions typically include ticket sales (working through customer seating and price requests, cash handling, credit card processing, using a computer), will call functions (locating tickets, researching confirmation details), and customer inquiries (understanding policies and procedures, providing accurate information, researching answers and transactions) while providing a high-level of customer service.
