The Operations Supervisor supervises and coordinates event setup activities and operations for the facility and provides responsible staff assistance to the Director of Event Operations.

The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware and silverware and disposal of trash. The Dishwasher is also responsible for the cleanliness of all back of house areas including sanitization and maintenence of equipment, shelving, tabletops, floors, walls, and more. Dishwashers will assist in pulling and staging all equipment prior to set-up, during the event and during clean-up. Lead Bartender is responsible for overseeing bar procedures and ensuring all staff are following alcohol service protocols. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled for business needs. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Concessions Lead is responsible for overseeing the food & beverage serving of guests at various concessions stands, bars, and portable food & beverage locations. The General Manager, Hospitality, is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the food service operations at the assigned venue. This individual ultimately oversees every managerial, full-time and part-time position, and ensures full compliance with state and federal labor laws, sanitation and food-related ordinances, and alcohol service regulations. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager solicits new sources of revenue, both on and off the venue property.
