The Food Truck Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing mobile cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Cook must be aware of while operating on the food truck and satellite kitchen.
This role will pay a salary of $18 to $20.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for executing event day marketing plans, including operating marketing tables, providing high quality customer service for our VIP experiences, execution of grassroots promotions and social media content creation.
