Under the direction of the Operations Manager the Event Housekeeper is a part-time position that assists in daily facility upkeep. This includes a wide range of janitorial duties including vacuuming, trash disposal, surface cleaning, and restroom maintenance. Weekly hours will vary depending on employee availability and event schedules. Available may include first, second and third shifts.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $21.00-$22.50  

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00   Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching  

Event Staff Members assist the Events Department with executing and overseeing guest services, ticket taking, and act as a liaison between the event manager/coordinator to the guests for each event.   This role pays an hourly wage of $14.00   Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.  

The Catering Sales Manager has a primary duty of making sales and obtaining orders or contracts for venue.  This position is responsible for generating, managing and coordinating outside catering sales, as well as initiating, directing and implementing marketing functions in the Catering Department.  The Sales Manager will independently manage and oversee all aspects of full group operations from reservation, through contract negotiation and finalization, to group reception and event catering.   

As an Usher, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests at events, such as concerts, theater productions, or sports games. Your primary responsibility is to assist and guide guests, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the event. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Ushers play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for guests at events.  

Under supervision of Box Office Manager and Assistant Box Office Manager, responsible for ticket sales and customer service for all ticketed events at Pan American Center at New Mexico State University.    This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.    Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
