The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment throughout the facility. This includes overseeing HVAC systems, package units, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, and related HVAC systems. The role ensures proper technical performance of all environmental control systems, coordinates with internal departments and external contractors, and supports facility operations by monitoring events, equipment start-up/shut-down, and system performance.   This role pays an hourly rate of $36.34-$40.38 (per CBA).
