The Guest Services Representative is assigned to the Guest Experience Department and may receive direction, guidance, and support from the department via supervisors, managers, and the Stadium Manager. Primary responsibilities will be to welcome guests to the event, review and validate tickets upon entry, direct/escort guests to their seats in an efficient and professional manner, answer questions, and proactively engage with guests.     This role will pay an hourly wage of $14.00  

The Conversion Crew shall perform a multitude of physical tasks to maintain and changeover the facility. Conversion crew members are repsonsible for setting and striking arena, convention and opera house events. The work requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis. This position will work different schedules based upon event activity. The position reports to the Crew Supervisor and the Operations Manager.    This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00-$16.00.   

The Ticket Seller is required to work weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends, and holidays, as event schedules vary.
