The Technical Coordinator (“TC”) will have the responsibility for ensuring the Technical Theatre needs of our clients within the Opera House, Rupp Arena, and the Convention Center. Ticket Seller is required to work weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends, and holidays, as event schedules vary.  Position must understand and operate the computerized ticketing systems (TM Host and Archtics) and handheld payment devices; know and understand the complete layout of each event and its seating chart; deal knowledgeably and pleasantly with the public; account for all tickets sold and payments received from sales at the end of each shift.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00. 

Employee is assigned to the Event Management Department and reports to part-time Event Security supervisors who report to the Assistant Managers. The Assistant Managers of the department via the sections chain of command supervises all personnel. Event Security employee will perform duties assigned as related to the event in regards to the overall security, safety of the employees, guests and clients. This role will pay an hourly wage of $16.00.  

The Parking Lot Attendant will have primary responsibility for providing daily parking lot support and operation of the Central Bank Center parking lots. Additional duties will include lot maintenance, general security of the parking lots and passing on directions and information regarding the lot to patrons/guests.   This role will pay an hourly wage of $18. 

Employee is assigned to the Guest Experience Department and reports to part-time Supervisors who report to the Guest Experience Manager. The Guest Experience Coordinator of the department via the sections chain of command supervises all personnel. Primary responsibilities will be to welcome guests to the event, review and validate tickets upon entry, direct/escort guests to their seats in an efficient and professional manner, answer questions, and proactively engage with guests.     This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00.  

The Ticket Coordinator will assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the box office as well as ticket operations for the Ryan Center, Meade Stadium, Edwards Auditorium, and URI Athletics. The Ticket Coordinator will utilize Paciolan ticketing software for all event creations and financial reports and also maintain all box office policies and procedures.   This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00.  

The position Ice Technician is responsible for the ice rink, proper safe operation of the ice resurfacer (Zamboni) and maintenance of all areas of the facility. The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing food for concessions stands.
