The Technical Coordinator (“TC”) will have the responsibility for ensuring the Technical Theatre needs of our clients within the Opera House, Rupp Arena, and the Convention Center. TC’s are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of clients in regard to technical needs, as well as ensuring all technical requirements are safe for staff and patrons. Ticket Seller is required to work weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends, and holidays, as event schedules vary. Position must understand and operate the computerized ticketing systems (TM Host and Archtics) and handheld payment devices; know and understand the complete layout of each event and its seating chart; deal knowledgeably and pleasantly with the public; account for all tickets sold and payments received from sales at the end of each shift.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.00.

The Ticket Coordinator will assist in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the box office as well as ticket operations for the Ryan Center, Meade Stadium, Edwards Auditorium, and URI Athletics. The Ticket Coordinator will utilize Paciolan ticketing software for all event creations and financial reports and also maintain all box office policies and procedures.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00.
The position Ice Technician is responsible for the ice rink, proper safe operation of the ice resurfacer (Zamboni) and maintenance of all areas of the facility. The ice technician will report to the Operations Manager/Director of Ice Rink.
