Under the direction of the Director of Event Services, the Event Operations Manager provides leadership to the Event Operations team. Responsible for scheduling and supervision of all building housekeeping, event set-up, groundskeeping team members, and department contractors for the MBCC campus.  The incumbent also ensures that the building is kept in a clean and orderly manner as well as effective coordination with the department team members to carry out efficiently all client requirements.   This role pays a yearly salary of $57,000 to $67,000.  

The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with cleaning of the arena to help maintain the cleanliness of the building.
