As a Parking Coordinator this position will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Manager of Parking and Mobility and the Assistant Parking Manager with all parking activities at the Steven Tanger Center and the Greensboro Complex as needed. The Parking Coordinator will oversee the Steven Tanger Center parking staff, who will be the first point of contact in providing a memorable first impression for all guests and employees. The Guest Services Staff is responsible for the Front Information Desk. They will greet our guests, answer questions, check in vendors, accept and log deliveries, answer incoming telephone calls, maintain lost and found items, accept payment(s) for programs, events and point-of-sale purchases and confirm or adjust (as needed) locker room assignments. The guest services staff also performs a variety of other support for the administration office, staff and the facility in general.
Part-time Set-Up Staff priority will be to complete room set-up/strike activity for all client related events. This would include the set/strike of various numbers and various configurations of tables, chairs, staging, bleachers, risers, dance floor, pipe & drape etc. into and out of facility event spaces.
