As an Ice Crew Member, you will be a part of an exceptional team, responsible for every aspect of preparation for each NHL event.  We are looking for hardworking, self-motivation, crew members that have the ability to lock in with laser focus with the task at hand and deliver pristine and professional results.

This role will be paid an hourly wage of $14 per hour. 

For FT roles:   Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

• Assist in the preparation of ice with driver prior to game
• Drill holes and set nets on ice prior to game and during intermissions
• Shovel snow during and after periods on and off the ice
• Set up rugs and runners for anthem singers and special promotions on and off the ice
• Assist other staff with making repairs and adjustments to boards and glass
• Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers at all times
• Maintain open communication with Supervisor at all times
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information and issues worked with
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned
• May assist in various project work as necessary
• Ability to walk on wet and slippery surface.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Familiarity with hockey terminology (preferred)
• Prior hockey rink maintenance experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. on or off the ice
• Ability to show proof of full vaccination against COVID 19
• Availability, nights, weekends, some holidays throughout the hockey season, (morning hours available too on non-game days)
