The Concessions Barback is responsible for the stocking of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, the cutting of fruit, and the stocking of supplies and ice. Must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2026.

• Stocking and Inventory: Replenish beer, liquor, wine, mixers, juices, garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, and other bar supplies throughout the event.

• Bartender Support: Assist bartenders with restocking, retrieving supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining an efficient workflow during busy service periods.

• Bar Maintenance: Keep bar areas, countertops, storage spaces, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, and free of clutter.

• Ice and Beverage Management: Maintain adequate ice levels, restock refrigerated products, and ensure beverages are stored properly.

• Guest Service: Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when interacting with guests and coworkers, helping create a positive guest experience.

• Sanitation and Safety: Follow all applicable health department requirements, food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and arena policies.

• Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with bar setup before events and breakdown, cleaning, restocking, and securing supplies after events.

• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with bartenders, supervisors, concessions staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Request additional products or restock products as needed.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation at all times. Ensures that bar equipment is clean and well maintained.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Other duties as assigned may include setting up and breaking down bar equipment as required and assisting with the organization of the cooler.

• Six months or more experience as a barback.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
