Parking Ambassador | Part-Time | Centennial Yards

The Parking Ambassador position is committed to providing world-class service for all Centennial Yards parking assets for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection, and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00.

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

• Provide guests with directions and other venue information
• Guide guests and employees to available parking spaces
• Maximize the number of vehicles per lot
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
• Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots

• Prior parking experience strongly preferred
• Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must
• Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and walk long distances
• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
