Activation Specialist | Temporary Part-Time | OVG NY Corporate

The Activation Specialist will support the Brand Consulting and Solutions team under the OVG Global Partnerships Division, the sponsorship and marketing arm of Oak View Group (OVG). This part-time role supports all aspects of on-site brand activations for the OVG Brand Consulting & Solutions group.

This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00 - $35.00.

This is a temporary role that will start October 3, 2026, and will end on December 28, 2026.

This position will remain open until December 25, 2026.

• On-site support during assigned activations during the months of October through December 2026.
• On-site support may be in the form of activation setup, onsite management, fan engagement, data capture, and post-event reporting.

• Undergraduate and/or graduate studies in marketing, sports business management, or communications preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience with demonstrated development, management, and execution skills, ideally with understanding of/experience in the sports & entertainment industry.
• Willingness to travel to destinations for brand activation purposes.
• Experience with sports & entertainment sponsorship and ability to lead execution of brand activations.
• Strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward-thinking, extremely analytical, and well organized.
• Highly driven self-starter, with the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Focused, diligent, and hard-working; ambitious and driven.
