Premium Suite Attendant | Part-Time | Cable Dahmer Arena

The Premium Suite Attendant serves as the primary host & service contact for suite holders & their guests attending events at Cable Dahmer Arena. This role supports the end-to-end suite experience—from pre-event setup, in-event hospitality & post-event cleanup. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $10.75 and is tip eligible.

• Pre-event preparation: review event orders, set up food & beverage, stock ice & utensils & ensure the suites are guest ready
• Guest Hospitality: greet suite guests, review ordering processes & take proactive care of guest requests through the event
• Food & Beverage Service: serve food, maintain cleanliness of display space, & replenish items upon request promptly
• Alcohol Regulations: Check IDs & responsibly serve alcoholic beverages while monitoring guests
• Suite Maintenance: Keep the suite clean, organized & free of discarded plates or trash during the event
• Billing & Closing: Present bills/receipts for signatures, clear all equipment, inventory & remaining stock & reset for future functions (if needed)

• 6+ months of experience in hospitality, catering, or event service environments
• Valid food handler certification & local alcohol service permits or willingness to obtain promptly after being hired.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
• Ability to stand & walk for extended periods of time in a loud, fast-paced environment.
