The Server Assistant supports servers and the front-of-house team by helping keep tables, service areas, and dining spaces ready for guests. This role helps with food and beverage service, table setup and cleanup, and other tasks needed during service.

This role pays an hourly rate of $7.50 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until December 25, 2026.

• Assist servers with service activities to ensure efficient and timely guest service.
• Set, clear, and reset tables in accordance with service standards.
• Refill water and replenish guest and service items as needed.
• Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to designated areas as requested.
• Maintain adequately stocked, clean, and organized service areas.
• Clear and remove used dishes, glassware, and other service items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, managers, and other team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or event experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events as scheduled.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and transport dishes, trays, supplies, and other items as required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and guests.
