Bar Supervisor | Seasonal Part-Time | BMW Championship

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing bar operations during the BMW Championship. This position supervises bartenders and barbacks, oversees beverage inventory, ensures proper alcohol service, and supports the team throughout the event. The Bar Supervisor helps ensure bars are stocked, organized, and operating according to company and event standards.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75

This is a seasonal role from August 17, 2026, and will end on August 23, 2026.

This position will remain open until August 23, 2026.

• Oversee daily bar operations during the BMW Championship.
• Supervise and support bartenders, barbacks, and other beverage staff.
• Make sure bars are properly stocked with beverages, ice, cups, and supplies.
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Ensure employees follow alcohol service and ID-checking requirements.
• Assign staff to designated bars and work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor guest service and address concerns when needed.
• Ensure bar areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and event requirements.
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, inventory, or operational concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years of previous bartending, bar lead, or beverage supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience working in high-volume events, hospitality, or food and beverage operations preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol service procedures and beverage operations.
• Ability to supervise and communicate with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move beverage supplies as needed.
• Must meet state and local requirements for serving alcohol.
• Alcohol service certification may be required.
• Must be available to work the required BMW Championship event schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended shifts as needed.
