The Manager, Event Services, brings a collection's identity to life through cohesive visual storytelling, immersive event design and execution, and strategic cross-departmental creative leadership. This role curates and standardizes brand aesthetic across all Philadelphia venues, ensuring visual consistency, operational excellence, and unforgettable guest experiences. With a focus on team development and service, this role cultivates front-of-house staff for exceptional experiential execution, bridging creative strategy with day-to-day production and operations. In addition to visual direction, this role plays a critical part in shaping and elevating service presentation, ensuring that every detail—from the guest welcome to the final touchpoint—reflects RHC’s commitment to refined, anticipatory hospitality. Bridging creative vision with operational execution, this role ensures every touchpoint reflects RHC’s commitment to premium hospitality driven by innovation and collaboration.
This role pays an annual salary of $88,000-$90,000.
