Oak View Group is seeking a Director of Ballpark Operations to oversee the daily operations of LeLacheur Park, a 5,000-seat outdoor baseball stadium and multi-purpose venue on the campus of UMass Lowell. The Director of Ballpark Operations is responsible for the overall coordination and day-to-day management of LeLacheur Park. This position serves as the primary operational liaison between the venue, tenants, clients, and internal departments to ensure the facility is maintained and operated at a high standard. This Director oversees event planning, facility scheduling, tenant relations, financial performance, and coordination of operations, maintenance, grounds, and guest services. This position works closely with the General Manager to develop operating budgets, improve operational efficiencies, maximize facility utilization, and deliver exceptional experiences for tenants and guests.
This role pays an annual salary of $65,000-$75,000 and is bonus eligible.

Lelacheur Park is a 5,000-seat outdoor baseball stadium and multipurpose venue on the campus of UMass Lowell. It is currently the home of the UMass Lowell River Hawks Baseball team, and Lowell Spinners baseball, along with numerous high school, club, and area baseball rentals.
