Position Summary

The Premium Suite Attendant is responsible for providing food and beverage service in the premium suites. The Premium Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.65 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-orders and day-of orders.
  • Ensures all assigned suites are set prior to event based upon communication received of orders
  • Responsible for assisting in closing out financials per event and ensuring correct billing takes place. 
  • Monitors and maintains food and beverage quality
  • Follows all company policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests.
  • Monitors and enforces safe alcohol policies and procedures.
  • Monitors and maintains inventory control and product requisition fulfillment.
  • Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments.
  • Responsible for the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages.
  • Check guest’s ID to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. 
  • Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests.
  • Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
  • Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event.
  • Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals by notifying management and assisting as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned by food and beverage management. 

Qualifications

  • Serving experience in a premium setting preferred. 
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, professional, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities, keeping a positive attitude and a solution-based outlook. 
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory.
