Concessions Team Member| Seasonal Part Time | Railbird Music Festival

The Music Festival Concessions Team Member for Railbird Festival supports food and beverage operations during festival events by providing excellent customer service and assisting with concession activities. Team members may be assigned to cashier, cook, food preparation, runner, stocking, or general concession support duties based on operational needs. This position helps maintain efficient service, food quality, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience throughout the event.

This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 and is tip eligible.

This is a seasonal role from June 6, 2026 and will end on June 7th, 2026

This position will remain open until June 7th, 2026.

• Provide excellent customer service to festival guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate concession stands and assist with food and beverage service.
• Process guest orders and handle transactions as assigned.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, assembly, and serving activities.
• Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, workstations, and storage spaces.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, setup, and breakdown of concession locations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, managers, and team members.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support festival operations.

• Previous food service, concessions, hospitality, restaurant, or event experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume festival environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies as needed.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and festival dates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Food Handler certification preferred if required by local regulations.
