Oak View Grou is launching a high-volume, multi-concept café inside the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, designed to serve as a dynamic culinary hub within one of Los Angeles’ most exciting new cultural destinations. This is not a traditional café. The operation will feature 7 distinct culinary concepts running simultaneously, serving 150–270 guests at a time in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. This is a precision-driven, systems-based kitchen where execution, organization, and leadership are everything. We are seeking an elite Executive Sous Chef —someone who thrives in complexity, thinks several steps ahead, and knows how to build structure in fast-moving, high-volume environments. This role is for a true operator.
