The Operations Technical Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the technical and operational excellence of the venue. This position collaborates closely with production leadership to advance events, maintain critical technical systems, implement venue standards, and lead technical crews throughout all phases of production—from load-in through load-out. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. This role also contributes to continuous improvement through thorough post-event analysis and technical recommendations.
This role pays an hourly rate of $35.00–38.00

The Federal Way Performing Arts and Event Center is a multipurpose venue designed to host theater, music, dance, art and spoken-word performances.
