Position Summary

The Part-Time Culinary Staffing Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the Culinary Department. This position helps ensure smooth departmental operations by managing scheduling, timekeeping, communication, and general administrative tasks. The role also provides support coverage during absences and assists with coordination between the culinary teams on event days in a fast-paced environment at the Allegiant Stadium. 

 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $24.00-$27.00.

About the Venue

Allegiant Stadium is the technologically-advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and special sporting events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to culinary department with all scheduling needs. 
  • Provide coverage for administrative duties during absences.
  • Contact staff with scheduling updates/cancellations. Maintain and update staff schedules, attendance, and timekeeping records.
  • Help organize and maintain files, records, and operational documentation.
  • Go above and beyond our customer expectations and ensure that all our staff have the best experience arriving and leaving from their shift.
  • Assist the HR team within the check in and out area.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the staffing operation and any queue management.
  • Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.
  • Distribute and potentially transport uniforms/food items to staff members.
  • Monitor the presentation of staff members, ensuring they are wearing the correct uniform.
  • Stock take of uniforms and preparation of dirty uniforms for laundry collection
  • Direct/escort new staff members to their area of work within the stadium.
  • Support Managers with updates on staff arrival or cancellations for their areas.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safety standards and evacuation procedures and ensure implementation.
  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience required (Hospitality or culinary environment preferred systems) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and scheduling/timekeeping
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, professional, and team oriented.
  • Ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work venue/event-driven schedules (including evenings, weekends and long hours) when needed.
  • Must obtain SNHD health card within 6 weeks of hire (add any additional work cards that are required)
