Position Summary

The Concessions Staffing Admin assists the Director of Concessions with the operation of the staff check-in area for the hospitality teams on event days in a fast-paced environment at the Allegiant Stadium. This role will be varied and includes duties such as assisting with event check-in/check-out, assisting with clock in, issuing accreditation and uniforms, correcting time punches and performing general payroll duties, and scheduling.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00 to $24.00

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcoming atmosphere to all of our staff members.
  • Go above and beyond our customer expectations and ensure that all our staff have the best experience arriving and leaving from their shift.
  • Assist with Concessions/temporary worker check in and check out.
  • Assist with the coordination of the staffing operation and any queue management.
  • Direct, motivate, encourage, and inspire staff to deliver the highest results.
  • Deliver a concise effective brief of required to members of staff in your area.
  • Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.
  • Distribute and potentially transport uniforms/food items to staff members.
  • Monitor the presentation of staff members, ensuring they are wearing the correct uniform.
  • Inventory uniforms and prepare dirty uniforms for laundry collection.
  • Direct/escort staff members to their area of work within the stadium.
  • Support managers with updates on staff arrival or cancellations for their areas.
  • Assist in always keeping the staffing area clean and organized.
  • Attend mandatory and other training as required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safety standards and evacuation procedures and ensure implementation.
  • Assist with staffing communications including emails, phone calls, and attendance tracking.
  • Perform various audits throughout events to ensure staff is in their correct assigned locations and have all materials to perform their job duties.
  • Sort and file event day paperwork to ensure seamless file recovery.
  • Assist with correcting employee time cards, temporary worker operations, and entering tips into the payroll system.
  • Assist with entering schedules into ADP for all team members.
  • Assist with the implementation of sanitation initiatives throughout the event, ensuring hand sinks are set up, sanitation supplies are available, and sanitation standards as set forth by management are met.
  • Assist with all general staffing tasks and duties as directed by the Concessions management team in conjunction with the Concessions staffing coordinator.

Qualifications

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meeting assigned deadlines; project management skills.
  • Ability to work venue/event-driven schedules (including evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours) when needed.
  • Posses valid SNHD health card and Tam alochol awareness card

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
